Report: The Zay Flowers investigation is concluded by Baltimore County Police without any charges.

The Baltimore Banner revealed earlier this month that Zay Flowers, a wide receiver with the Baltimore Ravens, was under investigation for possible domestic abuse.

Now again, the Baltimore County Police have concluded the investigation into Flowers without filing any charges, according to reports from Tim Prudente and Justin Fenton of The Baltimore Banner.

A lady reported a “violent domestic incident” involving an NFL player in Owings Mills to the Acton Police Department in Massachusetts last month.

According to police records made public on Tuesday, she informed authorities that the suspect’s brother pulled a revolver.

Officers noted that she refused to provide the identity of the NFL player or request additional action from them. Rather, she asked police officers what would happen if she reported something.

According to police records, she told authorities, “It was a really bad ten minutes but [she] hasn’t been scared since.” Additionally, she informed them that “he is too smart to do something like that and that he has too much to lose.”

Officers were able to connect the woman with Flowers via social media even though she chose not to submit a police report.
