While Latham is thrilled to support quarterback Will Levis in Tennessee, his ultimate goal is to make the Titans a reliable postseason contender. On the first day of rookie minicamp in Nashville, Tennessee, he hit the field, but the $26 million contract he inked is for four years. Latham has a fifth-year option on his deal, which is completely guaranteed. In 2023, the 6-foot-6, 342-pound player was named to the first team of the Southeastern Conference and helped Alabama win the SEC Championship and go to the College Football Playoffs.

Although Latham entered the 2021 signing class as a five-star prospect, he went on to win two SEC title rings (2021, 2023) and make two appearances in the CFP (2021, 2023). He’s ready to lead the Titans to stardom up front.
