Rangers are reportedly closing in on the signing of PSV winger Couhaib Driouech after reaching an agreement worth around €7.6 million for the highly rated attacker. The potential arrival would represent another significant addition to Derek McInnes’ squad as the Ibrox club looks to strengthen its options following a difficult opening to the new campaign.
