Breaking: Elite 4-Star Quarterback Has Clear Message for Brian Kelly and LSU After His Official Visit That Will Excite LSU Fans

Four-Star QB Bowe Bentley Delivers Strong Message to LSU Following Official Visit

Highly touted four-star quarterback Bowe Bentley made his official visit to LSU on Monday and came away impressed with what head coach Brian Kelly and the Tigers had to offer.

Bentley, who measures 6-foot-2 and 200 pounds, is one of the top quarterback prospects in the country and has drawn strong interest from both LSU and Oklahoma, according to his 247Sports recruiting profile. Following his time in Baton Rouge, Bentley said the visit “went really well,” signaling his growing interest in the Tigers’ program.

In addition to LSU and Oklahoma, Bentley has developed solid relationships with several other schools, including Arizona, Boston College, California, Cincinnati, Duke, and Colorado. These schools are reportedly building connections with him as his recruitment gains momentum.

Bentley’s offer list is impressive and includes major programs like Georgia, Florida State, Ohio State, Missouri, Georgia Tech, Indiana, Kansas State, Oklahoma State, Texas Tech, Tulane, UCF, USF, East Carolina, UTEP, UTSA, Virginia Tech, and Wisconsin. Although schools such as Appalachian State, Arkansas State, Colorado State, North Texas, and Sam Houston have extended offers, there’s been no significant contact between Bentley and those programs so far.

According to On3’s player profile, Bentley currently has a Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) valuation of $500,000, reflecting his growing brand and marketability.

On the field, Bentley had a dominant junior season at Celina High School in Texas. He threw for 3,211 yards and 47 touchdowns while only tossing seven interceptions. He also added 923 rushing yards and 16 rushing scores, showing off his dual-threat capabilities.

Bentley gained national attention by competing in prestigious quarterback showcases such as the Elite 11 Finals and the Navy All-American Bowl. He led the Celina Bobcats to a perfect 16-0 record and captured the Texas Class 4A Division I state title in a commanding 55-21 victory over the Kilgore Bulldogs at AT&T Stadium in Arlington on December 20.

In the state championship game, Bentley delivered a performance worthy of his hype, completing 9 of 14 passes for 265 yards and five touchdowns with no interceptions. His efforts earned him Offensive MVP honors, according to a report by Jonathan Hull of Amarillo.com.

Next up on Bentley’s schedule is an official visit to Oklahoma this Friday. The Sooners currently hold the No. 17 recruiting class in the country, while LSU ranks slightly higher at No. 10. As Bentley continues to narrow his options, both programs are making strong cases to land the talented Texas quarterback.

With official visits underway and his recruitment heating up, Bowe Bentley has clearly placed LSU among his top schools and sent a message that the Tigers are firmly in the race for his commitment.
