Auburn OL Announces Return for 2025
Auburn received great news on New Year’s Day with offensive lineman Jeremiah Wright’s decision to return for the 2025 season.
The towering 6-foot-5, 333-pound offensive guard, originally from Selma, Alabama, has been a key starter for Auburn over the past two seasons. Wright shared his plans to come back with a brief but emphatic Instagram post stating, “I’m Back.” A member of Auburn’s 2020 recruiting class, Wright joined the Tigers as a 3-star prospect and has since developed into a mainstay on the offensive line.
Wright’s journey at Auburn has been anything but smooth. He endured an ACL injury and even spent time playing on the defensive line before solidifying his position on offense. Despite these challenges, he became a dependable player under head coach Hugh Freeze.
In 2024, Wright was a cornerstone of the Tigers’ offensive line, starting all 12 games at right guard. His consistent performance earned him recognition as Auburn’s second-highest graded starting offensive lineman of the season, according to Pro Football Focus.
As Wright prepares for his final collegiate season, his return is set to provide a significant boost to Auburn’s offensive line and overall team prospects in 2025.
