Volleyball Arena and Olympic Performance Center: A combined $30.5 million project to construct a new volleyball arena with a seating capacity of approximately 3,500 and an Olympic performance center to enhance training and conditioning for multiple Wildcat teams .
Indoor Track and Field Complex: A $12 million project to convert the original football indoor building into a new facility for track and field, featuring a 200-meter, 6-lane oval, permanent banked track with Mondo’s Super X 720 surface .
Development of a New Site
As part of the expansion, Kansas State University has broken ground on the Bilbrey Family Event Center, a new animal science venue located adjacent to the Stanley Stout Center in the Edge District.
