Breaking News: Just In Matt Olson Just Terminate His Contract With Atlanta Braves Due To……..

The Braves did finish 5-2 last week, but their offense was not very effective. Although it was encouraging to see Atlanta’s pitching execute at such a high level, it is difficult to win games with only scoring three runs or less per contest.

Thankfully, the Braves made the decision to change things up at the beginning of this week. Monday night’s game saw Atlanta score nine runs in the first two innings before play was postponed for around ninety minutes due to weather. The Braves eventually prevailed 10–6.

Whit Merrifield had five hits and Matt Olson got five RBIs, making five the number of the night. Merrifield is excellent for the Braves, but Olson’s game last night might have been the most important. He’s experienced a season of ups and downs, from scorching hot to freezing cold. However, Olson can obviously take control of a game whenever he wants, as demonstrated last night. Going forward, the Braves really need that version of Olson.
